Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process it.
